While Think Tanks Abound, Davos Has Become A ‘Do’ Tank

I have attended the annual World Economic Forum meeting in Davos for a dozen years and I can’t recall a more important session than the one that starts Wednesday. Let’s face it – the world is broken and the forum’s theme this year, “Shared Norms for the New Reality,” is timely. Institutions – from banks and newspapers to schools and governments – increasingly fail to meet society’s needs, and there is an erosion of common values and principles, undermining the public’s trust in leadership.
